• Socks are compulsory; no shoes allowed

• I will clean and return all equipment after use

• Lights and air-conditioning must be switched off before exiting

• I am responsible for leaving the space in good condition

EQUIPMENT COMPETENCY & SELF-USE DECLARATION

I confirm that I am familiar with and competent in the safe use of a Pilates reformer and understand that The Reformer Pod is a self-use facility with no supervision or instruction provided.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & PENALTIES

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required before your first booking.

The deposit may be used to offset:

• Equipment damage

• Late exit penalties

• Utilities left on

• Breach of house rules

The deposit is not a limit of liability.

Any costs exceeding this amount will be payable upon notice.

I confirm that I have read and agree to all declarations, house rules, and Terms & Conditions stated above and linked herein. I acknowledge that The Reformer Pod is a self-use facility and that I am fully responsible for my own safety, conduct, and use of the equipment during my booking.
I understand that booking access (including for 10-session packs) is available only after verification and security deposit are completed. If I purchase a 10-session pack, booking instructions will be provided after verification.
10-Session Pack Validity & Time Bands
• Valid for 6 months from date of first booking
• Prime: Weekdays 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Peak / Weekend: Weekdays 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Weekends & PH 9:00am – 10:00pm
• Night Owl: Daily 10:00pm – 9:00am
Important:
• Session packs are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited
• Booking access is for verified users only
• A refundable security deposit is required prior to first use
